Tax Certification- Sworn Financial Advisory Services ;
Tax certification relates to the certification of a
company's corporate tax return by a sworn financial advisor
(referred to as Yeminli Mali Musavir "YMM"). The tax
certification process helps to identify and take corrective
measures against erroneous applications that may otherwise
be detected only upon a tax investigation by the Ministry of
Finance. Additionally, further to a communiqu?of the
Ministry, companies that have their returns certified would
not be given priority in the inspection list of the Tax
Administration, except under special circumstances such as
denunciation.
